Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg large shells
1 lb ground chuck
16 oz cottage cheese/ricotta cheese
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 Tbsp Italian spices
1 large jar spaghetti sauce (your choice of Flavor)
Mixed Italian cheese mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles al dente, drain. Cook meat until done and drain well

Grease an 8x10 baking dish.

In a bowl mix together cottage cheese (or ricotta), parmesan, Italian spice, and ground chuck.

Spoon mixture into each shell and place right next to each other in casserole dish. Pour sauce over the entire pan. Sprinkle Italian mixed cheese over top.

Bake until cheese on top is melted.
