Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles al dente, drain. Cook meat until done and drain well
Grease an 8x10 baking dish.
In a bowl mix together cottage cheese (or ricotta), parmesan, Italian spice, and ground chuck.
Spoon mixture into each shell and place right next to each other in casserole dish. Pour sauce over the entire pan. Sprinkle Italian mixed cheese over top.
Bake until cheese on top is melted.
