1 lb ground beef
1 can chunky spaghetti sauce
1 cup sugar

Roll ground beef into balls of whatever size you want (I like about bouncy ball size). Put them into skillet and place lid on top. Turn to medium heat and let cook until grease drains out and outside of meatballs turn grayish brown.

While meatballs are cooking, get a medium bowl and combine spaghetti sauce and sugar. Pour into saucepan big enough to hold meatballs and sauce.

When meat is done, drain excess grease and put meat into sauce. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
