Let's Make It
Cook noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, melt butter in saucepan over med-low heat. Once butter is melted, add cream. Raise heat to medium and, stirring occasionally, heat cream mixture until it begins to steam (but don't let it boil!). Once mixture is heated, add cheese in handfuls, stirring thoroughly after each addition. Stir in pepper and garlic.
Top noodles with sauce and eat.
