Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 egg whites, hard-boiled
1 package firm tofu
1 large celery stalk
1/4 of a white onion
Bunch of cilantro
1/2 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
2 whole wheat pita pockets

Let's Make It

- Hard boil eggs and separate yolks (discard unless you have another use for them)

- Crumble tofu and saute in a non-stick pan until golden brown
3
- Chop egg whites, celery, onion and small bunch of cilantro
4
- Combine chopped ingredients, tofu, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and cumin
5
- Scoop into pita halves and enjoy!
