Cube mango in bite size pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes in half & slice bell pepper in slivers, then in half again.
Take ear of corn, cut off cob & saute in small amount of olive oil till golden. Salt & pepper
Sprinkle the top with nuts of choice and/or raisins.
Deliver all ingredients to salad & save the tomatoes and avocado to top last. Slice avocado in sliver slices put to top of salad.
