In a 9x9 dish, spread a layer of sliced potatoes, then pour the mixture to almost cover the potatoes, then a layer of cheese. Repeat one more time. When pork chops are cooked, place on paper towel to drain off the oil. Then place the pork chops on potatoes and cover with foil.
Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees F covered, and then 30 minutes uncovered.
