Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and allspice. Make a well in center of flour mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine sugars and next 6 ingredients. Add wet mixture to flour mixture, stir until just moist. Coat 3 mini loaf pans with cooking spray. Divide batter evenly between the 3 loaf pans.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar and juice until smooth. Drizzle glaze over bread and sprinkle with remaining toasted pecans.
