3/4 lb ground turkey
2 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Cooking spray
2 Tbsp butter
4 wheat hamburger buns
Lettuce
Tomato
Black olives
Sour cream

Combine in a bowl: ground turkey, onion, ketchup, taco seasoning, and soy sauce. Slowly blend in cheese. Form into 4 patties.

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Cook patties on medium, flipping over occasionally, until cooked through.

Smear butter on insides of all buns and fry slightly in a pan until crispy. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, black olives, sour cream, and onion.
