Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook chicken breasts until no longer pink in center. Shred chicken and pour enchilada sauce in pan with chicken.
Place some of the chicken mixture in the bottom of baking dish. Next layer flour tortillas only slightly overlapping, continue layering chicken with sauce, next shredded cheese just to cover. Continue layering until the pan is full. Last, layer cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown and bubbly.
