1/4 tsp each Mediterranean smoked paprika, Chinese five spice, chipotle chili powder
2 Tbsp each brown sugar, chili powder
Zest of 1 lime
Olive oil to moisten chops for rub
5 boneless pork chops
Juice of lime
1/4 tsp red curry paste
2 Tbsp Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Heat grill to medium temp. Mix spices and zest in small bowl.

Lightly rub meat with olive oil then the rub.

Mix lime juice dressing and curry paste in small bowl, drizzle on the chops as they cook, grill until no longer pink (about 25-30 min). Serve with pasta and salad for a complete dinner.
