In a measuring cup add all seasoning: tenderizer, BBQ powder, sesame oil, soy sauce and 4 cups of hot water. Mix with fork till dissolved.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a skillet. Place 2 pork chops in each skillet. I use 3 skillets and cook all pork chops at same time. Pour dissolved seasoning over each pork chop evenly to each skillet. Fill measuring cup with about 2 cups of hot water. Make sure pork chops are submerged in water and seasoning.
Cook over medium heat. When water is almost gone, cut with knife and check if cooked through. If not add more water and continue cooking. When thoroughly cooked continue cooking till slightly browned and fried flavor is on outside. Serve and enjoy.
