Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat ricotta adding cream cheese. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add sugar and melted butter beat until blended. Add the rest of ingredients beating for 10 minutes until creamy.
Lightly grease sides and bottom of form pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Pour mixture in pan (make sure pan is locked).
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Shut oven off leaving in for 1 hour.
