Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Roll out the bread loaf without any tears or you will have to start over. Roll it out as far as it will go.
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in one bowl. Next, use a stick of butter to butter the rolled out bread from top to bottom. Add the brown sugar mixture and apply firmly but loosely until all butter is covered.
Here comes the fun part, tightly roll the dough into a log, be careful because it might tear and it would be useless. Cut into 1 inch slices. Spray your cookie sheet with butter spray, and place cut bread at least 1 and a half inches apart depending on how big you want them.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, remaining butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside. Drizzle butter cream icing while still hot…and enjoy.
