2 packs bologna
5 hard boiled eggs
3 medium pickles
1 medium onion
1 piece garlic
1 Tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
2 Tablespoon brown vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
4 Tablespoon sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut bologna into stripes and chop hard boiled eggs.

In electric chopper put pickles, onion, garlic and fresh parsley. Chop until its fine. Add to bologna and eggs. Add vinegar, oil, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. Eat with hard rolls or home fried potatoes.
