Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 piece filet mignon for about 4 people (have the butcher cut off fat)
Heavy duty foil
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 scallions, sliced
1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 stick garlic butter
French bread or bread you can buy and bake yourself

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut off any fat left of filet. Fold heavy duty aluminum foil longer than the fillet and double the foil. Place filet in the center of foil, add diced garlic, scallions and soy sauce. Fold foil in the middle and then fold up the sides.

Place meat on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 min, then turn meat over and cook for another 30 min.

Meanwhile, cut up thin slices of French bread and put on a plate. When your meat is ready, slice up thin pieces of meat. Dip pieces of meat in garlic butter and put on the thin slices of bread and ready to serve.
