1 lb favorite medium pasta shape
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
2 small tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Add onions, olives, cheese, green pepper and tomatoes to pasta.

In bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over pasta. Gently toss.
