Cut bananas in half across the middle, then slice in thin rounds.
Lay out a tortilla. Take a tablespoon of Marshmallow creme and spread it onto half of the tortilla. Then lay banana rounds evenly and flat just on the one side with the creme. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top of bananas. Then break one side of a graham cracker off, and grind in your hand over top of chocolate chips.
Fold the tortilla in half, the cut it in half so that you have 2 servings. Chill for about 20 minutes. Then drizzle with warm caramel as a garnish.
