Fry the bacon (crisp) and remove to paper towel. Let cool.
Heat vinegar in small amounts of bacon grease (less than 1/4 cup) and add sugar. Stir till disolved. Add flour. Cook till slightly thickend.
Add sliced potatoes and onion. Cook till heated thru. Stir (do not cover). Add crumbled bacon last.
