Cream butter, sugar, eggs and anise oil together. Add flour and the rest of the ingredients to the mix. Put a damp clean towel on top of the dough. Then chill in the ice box for 4 hours or more.
Flour your work surfaces. Roll the dough out about 1/2-inch thick. Cut out with cookie cutter. You can put candy decoration on them.
Bake at 350°F till the sides are light brown, about 8-10 minutes.
