Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Taste before adding eggs to determine your own level of sweetness.
Add eggs one at a time. Mix until well blended.
Pour into crust until 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 45 minutes or until middle is almost set. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
