2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 cup hot sauce
1 bowl flour
Lawry’s seasoning salt
Garlic pepper

Preheat grease in a deep fryer. Season chicken to your liking.

Beat eggs, water and hot sauce in a bowl. Season your flour lightly with above seasonings. Take seasoned chicken, dip chicken in egg mixture and then to flour.

Put chicken in heated grease and cook until golden brown. Take out grease and place on wire rack lined with paper towel and enjoy!
