Vegan Chili

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 onion
Olive oil or butter
Salt to taste
Chili powder to taste
1 pkg vegan ground "beef" crumbles
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chili beans mild flavor
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp sugar or Splenda
1/2 tomato can of water
Cooked noodles

Let's Make It

Saute chopped onions in olive oil or butter. Once onions are transparent add crumbles. Sprinkle salt and chili powder to lightly cover top onions and crumbles, and then stir to mix. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles.

Let cook for 1 hr stirring occasionally.

Add cooked noodles when serving.
