2 slices sourdough bread, or 1 sourdough or French roll
1 Tbsp margarine
2 tsp parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Italian dressing
4 slices deli-style black forest ham
Optional: slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced onion, sliced tomato

Let's Make It
Spread margarine on one side of the bread, spread the parmesan cheese over the margarine. Toast in frying pan until golden brown.
Let bread cool on plate for a few seconds and then spread mayonnaise on the inside/outside of bread (Depending on preference - tastes the same, but looks prettier with the toasted side out. With roll, it should be on the inside.).
Then spread Italian dressing into the mayonnaise, and scrunch the ham onto one side, and cover with the other slice of bread.
