6 oz cranberry or pomegranate Craisins
Honey Cracker Sticks

Let's Make It

Soften Philadelphia Cheese by leaving out for few hours. Put a handful of Craisins on the side.

In a mixer or processor, mix up the rest of Craisins until fine. Mix with your hands in a bowl with the cream cheese. Form a ball.

Put on a serving dish. Put the remaining Craisins on top of your ball spread. Pour the cracker sticks around the ball.
