10 cups flour
2 cups sugar
Pinch of salt
7 teaspoon s baking powder
2 lemons, juice and zest
12 eggs
1 1/4 cups Crisco, melted
1/4-1/2 cup milk
Frosting:
2 lb confectioners' sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add lemon juice and zest. Beat eggs well, add cooled Crisco. Make a well in the dry mixture. Pour liquid into well and knead add milk as needed. The mix will be a little sticky.

Flour as you roll a small ball into a long pencil shape, then form a circle and mound up to a peak.

Bake 8 min. Place on a cookie sheet. Frost after cooled.
