Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 qt fruit punch, divided
1 bag frozen strawberries or 1 pt. fresh, divided
1 qt orange juice
1 qt ginger ale
1 bottle sparkling champagne
1 pt vanilla ice cream
1 pt raspberry sherbet
Garnish - orange and lime slices

Into a Bundt cake mold, pour 1 qt. punch with a few strawberries and freeze for ice ring.

Chill remainder of juices if possible.

When ring is ready and crowd is thirsty, mix juices, soda, and champagne into punch bowl.

Stir in strawberries. Spoon in ice cream and sherbet, and stir gently.

Take ice ring out of mold and add to the punch. Garnish with orange and lime slices if you prefer.
