1 pkg Kraft Colby Jack Cheese, sliced
2 cans (14 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
1 bottle Reese red cooking wine
1 box or bag seasoned croutons

Let's Make It
Place 6 large thawed and trimmed chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place thawed veggies on top of chicken. Cover with 6 or 7 cheese slices.
Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/4 cup of red cooking wine. Pour over cheese. Top with croutons. Cover with tinfoil.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
