In a medium size pan, heat the vegetable oil, onions and turkey, with a little salt and pinch of dry oregano, covered for 5 minutes.
Mix the can of chipotle with the rest in the pan and cover and cook another 15 minutes on low heat.
Serve with corn tortillas or Mexican bread. Enjoy.
