Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 & 1/2 dozen eggs
5 tablespoons Kraft Mayo
3 tsp mustard
2 ribs celery, finely diced
3/4 cup finely diced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp white vinegar

Slightly cover eggs with cold water and bring to a boil; boil for 15 minutes; drain off hot water and fill pot with cold water and two trays of ice.

Put white egg halves in covered container in refrigerator overnight. Mash egg yolks very fine and stir in with remaining ingredients. Mix very good and let sit in a covered bowl overnight!

After placing egg mixture into white halves, sprinkle lightly with paprika.
