Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box regular large shells (P&R) preferably
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4-1/2 cup parmasion/romano cheese
1-2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder a few dashes
Parsley a few sprigs
A dash of nutmeg
Pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta till al dente (according to manufacturer’s directions). Set aside on a baking sheet covered with wax paper. Brown beef just till the red is out. Drain and set aside. Mix the cheeses together with the eggs, spices and then the meat.

Stuff cheese mixture into the cooked shells. Pour a little pasta sauce in the bottom of a pan. Put shells in pan and cover the shells completely with sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with foil.

Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
