Use a 13x9 jelly roll pan. Cover bottom of pan with (separated) graham crackers. Melt butter and brown sugar in sauce pan. Pour mixture over graham crackers.
Bake in 350°F oven for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven & sprinkle bag of milk chocolate chips over top. Let melt, and then spread evenly over top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired. Freeze. When ready to serve, break into bite sized pieces.
