Chop onion and cilantro into large pieces. Place into large pot on stove top.
Brown meat with green chilies, whole stewed tomatoes and honey. Sprinkle cornstarch on meat while browning. Add meat mixture into pot. Add mustard and beans (not drained). Season with salts as needed. Heat to a slow simmer.
After heated to a slow simmer, add brown gravy mix. Add garlic powder. Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour.
