Combine oats, chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts in a large bowl.
Mix together milk, sugar and margarine in a pot and bring to full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into oats mixture until chocolate chips are melted.
Put on to waxed paper by teaspoonfuls. Let sit until stiff.
