Stuffed Mushroom Caps

16-20 large whole mushrooms
1 small onion
1 lb bulk sausage
1 bag shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.

Finely chop onion and mix with the sausage and cheese in a mixing bowl. Once you have everything blended together well you can stuff the mushroom caps.

Bake in a foil lined cookie sheet for 30 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
