Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes with chile peppers
1 jar (16 oz.) Taco Bell Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
1 cup chicken broth
1 bag (14 oz.) frozen southwestern corn, black bean, poblano chile, red pepper and onion blend
1 - 1 1/2 cups bite size tortilla chips
8 oz Kraft Shredded Natural Colby Jack Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Add tomatoes, salsa, broth and corn mixture. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes.

Layer half the chips in the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish. Spoon half the beef mixture over the chips. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat layer except for cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
