Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large block Kraft Velveeta
Milk
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1-2 cans Ro*Tel with green chilies
1 lb ground beef
Chopped green onions
1 tsp chili powder
Dash of cayenne

Chop Velveeta into cubes, and put in large pot or crock-pot with enough milk to lightly cover bottom so cheese doesn't stick while melting. Melt Velveeta slowly on a low heat, stirring often to prevent sticking.

Once melted completely, add cheese soup and Ro*Tel.

In another pan, brown ground beef and drain. Add to cheese dip. Mix in chopped green onions and spices. Serve with tortilla chips!
