Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In 12" skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, syrup and cayenne; mix well. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add pecans; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until coated, stirring constantly.
Spread mixture onto parchment line cookie sheet.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled. Store in tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.
