Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Mix all of the above except 1 cup shredded cheese.
Pour into 13 in. x 9 in. lightly sprayed or greased pan.
Bake covered 45 min; top with remaining cheese then bake uncovered for 15 minutes or longer for charred taste.
