3 ripe bananas, sliced and tossed in lemon juice to prevent browning*
1 banana, mashed really well
2 boxes (5.1 oz. each) JELL-O Regular or Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cups half-and-half
2 teaspoon s of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons spiced rum or rum extract (optional)
2 tubs (8 oz. each) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 package hard ladyfingers (the kind used to make regular tiramisu)
1 package (8 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Squares (you'll need 1/2 cup shaved semi-sweet chocolate)

TO MAKE FILLING:
1. Mix puddings and milk in bowl until well blended. Let sit 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes, Add the mashed banana, rum (if using), and the 2 tubs of Cool Whip and stir until you see no more whipped topping and it's all mixed in. Now you have 3 cups of mousse filling.
TO MAKE THE LAYERS:
Mix the half-and-half with vanilla extract in a shallow dish to dip your ladyfingers.
Quickly dip in the half-and-half/vanilla mixture each side of each ladyfinger (like you do in regular tiramisu). Place ladyfingers in bottom of 11x7x1.5 in. pan, top with 1 cup of mousse filling and spread over ladyfingers, top with 1 of the sliced bananas, then sprinkle with some of the shaved chocolate. Repeat this step 2 more times. You will get 3 layers total.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 3 to 4 hrs. or overnight or until the lady fingers are nice and soft. (best if made overnight.) Serve it up!!!!! YUMMY!!!!!
