Cook pasta according to the directions on box. Drain, do not rinse. Spread cooked pasta on cookie sheet to dry.
Peel and quarter cucumbers. Slice tomatoes in half, slice green peppers in 1/2 inch pieces.
Mix all ingredients together and chill or serve immediately.
