3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp white vinegar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 prepared pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix together sugar and margarine; stir in eggs, vanilla extract and vinegar. Stir in pecans.
