1 box tri-color macaroni pasta
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 green zucchini, chopped OR (seedless cucumber)
1 can (8 oz.) black or green sliced olives
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
SALAD MIX DRESSING
1/2 cup light extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp McCormick Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp McCormick red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
8 oz feta cheese fat free OR fat free blue cheese (for topping)

Boil pasta don’t overcook it. Rinse pasta in cold water and drain it well.

In large bowl, add pasta and all the veggies.

Mix salad dressing ingredients together and add to pasta. Mix well. Top it with blue cheese or feta cheese.
