Sprinkle Jell-O into blender. Add 2 cups of hot water. Blend until dissolved.
Refrigerate until Jell-O is partially set (2-3 hours).
Put blender jar back on machine. Blend (whip) until Jell-O is fluffy and double in volume.
Pour into six individual dishes. Chill until set (1 hour.) Serve.
