No-Knead Wheat Walnut Bread

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbsp molasses
1 package yeast (or 2 tsp.)
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
3 cups 100% whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
Walnuts to taste (may omit)

Mix with hands until sticky dough forms. Dough is very moist. Takes only 1 minute or so.

Turn into well greased bread pan. Let rise 90 minutes in warm place until dough reaches top of pan.

Bake 32 min at 350°F. Cool slightly in pan then turn onto wire rack until cool. Place in bread bag or bread box. (I use Tupperware's bread keeper.)
