Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2-3 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2-1 cup tomato juice (homemade is the best)
Extra seasoning to taste
