1. Crumble 25 cookies in food processor and pour into mixing bowl. Add softened cream cheese and softened butter.
2. In a separate mixing bowl pour 4 cups milk and add the pumpkin spice instant pudding and mix briskly with a whisk and put in refrigerator to set.
3. When set, pour crumbled cookie mix into pudding and mix with a hand mixer.
