Original recipe yields 1 serving
5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
Pepper and garlic to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
2 equal cans of milk
1/3 of a Velveeta Cheese Log, cut into pieces
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1 can cut green beans, drained

First peel and boil potatoes. Don't over cook potatoes. While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef and onions together adding pepper and garlic to taste. No salt is necessary because of the cheese.

Then in mixing bowl add soup, milk and Velveeta Cheese. Put into microwave until cheese is melted stirring occasionally.

Put potatoes in casserole dish with green beans. Pour soup and cheese mixture over potatoes and green beans. Top with shredded cheese.

Put in oven at 350°F until bubbly and cheese is melted on top.
