Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb ground beef
4 cups cooked egg noodles
1 can Ro*Tel
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lb Velveeta, sliced

Let's Make It

Brown ground beef and drain, Mix beef, egg noodles, Ro*Tel and corn in pot. Cook on low for about 10 minutes or until most of liquid has cooked out.

Pour mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover top with Velveeta slices.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
