1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine flour and butter in food processor until blended. Add yeast mix and egg and mix until dough forms a ball.
2. Knead lightly on floured board until smooth. Roll out 2/3 of dough into 14-by-10 inch rectangle for bottom of 14-by-10 inch pan, Roll remaining 1/3 of dough into 12-by-8 inch rectangle for top. Cut into strips for lattice top.
3. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, fresh cheese, eggs, half-and-half, grated cheese, and black pepper thoroughly. Pour into pie crust and arrange lattice top over filling. Let rest for 1 hour.
4. Brush top with egg wash and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until crust browns.
