6 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Sliced Ham or Turkey (shaved is too thin)
6 eggs
Chopped chives/onions/veggies of your choice
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 6 cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray. Arrange meat slices so they line the muffin cups completely, edges of the meat may stick up above the cup. Bake for 5-10 min.

Remove from oven & break one egg into each cup (carefully break up the yolk with a fork). Add chives/onions/veggies of your choice. Add salt & pepper. Return to oven for 10-15 min. Check eggs, remove from oven when eggs are done to your liking.

Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
